Summary
Vitamin B2 is part of the group of vitamins known as the B Complex – these are essential to allow the body to metabolise carbohydrate, fat and protein.
Vitamin B2 aids the formation of red blood cells and antibodies and is involved in the development and repair of nerves and blood cells.
Vitamin B2 assists with the healthy functioning of the immune system and maintains general good health and is also involved in the metabolism of iron, which assists adrenal gland function.
