Vitamin E – Alpha Tocopherol
Summary
This is a light yellow, fat soluble vitamin.
It is the strongest antioxidant known.
It works with Selenium and Vitamin C to provide antioxidant protection throughout the body.
It helps strengthen capillary walls and protects red blood cells from destructive poisons.
Vitamin E aids in cell nourishment, and helps prevent and dissolve blood clots.
